A fourth gastronomic day of beans and peas

As every month of the year, it is time to enjoy a local product in its maximum splendor! So, last Saturday, April 20th, the atmosphere of the Restaurant of the Club Nàutic Estartit was impregnated with the traditional and exquisite smell of  beans and peas, the undisputed protagonists of the fourth Gastronomic Day.

 

 

At 1 p.m., Joaquim Silva’s team had all the preparations ready. The tables, as always, carefully prepared. The waiters, ready to serve the first diners who arrived at the Restaurant. Thanks to the good weather, many of them decided to enjoy a nice vermouth on the terrace, while waiting for the dinner.

Later, at 2 p.m., we already had all the diners ready and very enthusiastic to taste the menu starred by the faves and peppers, the most unknown and, at the same time, the most authentic and tasty vegetables. From then on, the Restaurant was filled with lively conversations, laughs and the music of the covers and the drinks.

Once again, we celebrate the success of another gastronomic day that manages to value the products of the territory and the local cuisine, as well as making Saturday a different and lively day.
