Last weekend, we held a new edition of the broad bean and pea gastronomic event at the Restaurant of Club Nàutic Estartit, an event that has become a fixture in our seasonal calendar.
With 32 guests gathered in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, we enjoyed a menu where traditional cuisine and local products were the true stars.

A tribute to the flavours of spring
Head waiter Joaquim Silva and the restaurant team designed a gastronomic journey focused on showcasing seasonal products. The event began with a salad of tender baby broad beans combined with duck ham, followed by sautéed peas with prawns, where the natural sweetness of the legumes blended with a fresh seafood flavour.
Next, diners enjoyed broad beans with white and black botifarra (Catalan sausage), a dish that honoured the traditions of Catalan cuisine, and cuttlefish with locally-sourced vegetables, bringing freshness and texture to the meal. To end the feast, a homemade tiramisu provided the sweet touch, rounding off a day of balanced and simple flavours, true to the essence of our cuisine.

Consolidating the gastronomic events
This latest edition confirmed the great reception these gastronomic events receive at the Club’s restaurant. True to the spirit of seasonal cuisine, we continued to offer a menu focused on local produce and the quality of the experience.
We’d like to thank everyone who joined us last weekend, and we’re already working on new gastronomic proposals to keep sharing with you.
We’ll meet again very soon with new flavours and new experiences!
