From April 23 to 27, 2025, the port of La Grande Motte (Occitanie, France) was the global epicenter of multihull sailing with the hosting of the Multihull Boat Show, an international event exclusively dedicated to sailing and motor catamarans and trimarans. Club Nàutic Estartit once again took part this year, as an active member of the Multihull Friendly Marinas network, reaffirming its commitment to nautical innovation, sustainability, and the provision of infrastructure adapted to this type of vessel.

A globally renowned event
With more than 70 vessels on display, representing leading international brands such as Lagoon, Fountaine Pajot, Nautitech, Bali, Catana, Excess, and Outremer, the show has established itself as a must-attend event for multihull professionals and enthusiasts. The 2025 edition stood out for its expansion, featuring two distinct marinas: one dedicated to sailing multihulls and the other to motor multihulls—highlighting the growth of this segment in the nautical industry.
Eleven world premieres were also presented, and international presence was stronger than ever, with over 30% of exhibitors coming from abroad.
The role of Club Nàutic Estartit
As a port recognized for its capacity to accommodate multihull vessels, Club Nàutic Estartit used its participation to showcase the services it offers to sailors choosing this type of boat: wide berths, technical services, suitable facilities, and a privileged natural environment such as the Montgrí Natural Park, the Medes Islands, and the Lower Ter area.
Through its collaboration with the Multihull Friendly Marinas network, Club Nàutic Estartit is part of a global strategy that promotes capable, skilled, and committed ports for hosting multihulls, while encouraging high-quality, sustainable nautical tourism.

Innovation, sustainability, and the Blue Economy
The show highlighted technological innovation and sustainable design, featuring a space exclusively dedicated to naval architecture projects, eco-efficient materials, and hybrid or electric propulsion systems. This approach aligns perfectly with the values promoted by Club Nàutic Estartit through its Ecoport initiative and its sustainability certifications.

Looking toward the future
Taking part in events such as the Multihull Boat Show allows Club Nàutic Estartit to stay at the forefront of the sector, to create synergies with other ports and businesses, and to strengthen its position as a benchmark in the Mediterranean for the multihull community.
We continue to work to offer a modern, high-performing port that respects the sea. See you at the next show!
