Spring and summer can already be felt in l’Estartit, and with them come three of the most anticipated programs from Club Nàutic Estartit: the Spring extracurricular Sailing, the Summer Campus — both the Sailing Campus and the Nautical Campus. These activities are designed for children and young people to connect with the sea, develop their skills in the sports environment, and enjoy unique experiences in a privileged natural setting, right next to the Medes Islands.
Extracurricular Sailing: weekends of sailing and learning
Extracurricular Sailing program is ideal for boys and girls aged 8 to 16 who want to start or continue learning how to sail. It takes place from October to June, one or two weekends per month, in 4-hour sessions on Saturdays and/or Sundays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The sessions include:
- Light sailing boat
- Life jacket and teaching materials
- Certified instructor and support boat
- Civil liability insurance
- Access to changing rooms and showers
This format allows participants to develop as sailors in a safe and trusted environment, while also reinforcing values such as autonomy, teamwork, and respect for the environment. Moreover, it’s an activity that adapts to family schedules and offers flexible packages depending on the number of monthly sessions (1 or 2 days per week).

Sailing Campus: learning through sailing in summer
Aimed at young people aged 6 to 16, the Sailing Campus is the perfect option to enjoy one or several weeks of summer immersed in the world of sailing. Through hands-on light sailing practice, participants learn maneuvers, get to know the parts of a boat, understand wind behavior, and above all, discover how to enjoy the sea safely and respectfully.
The camp takes place from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with early drop-off available from 9 AM and special discounts for Club members. Each week also includes complementary activities, cooperative games, and educational workshops to enhance both the learning and fun experience.
With small groups and a team of professional instructors, the Sailing Campus becomes much more than a course — it’s a summer adventure to remember.

Nautical Camp: fun, water sports, and discovery
Designed for boys and girls aged 6 to 16, the Nautical Campus is a multidisciplinary alternative that combines various water activities such as sailing, kayaking, and paddle surfing, always adapted to each age group and skill level.
This program aims to offer full immersion in the marine environment, encouraging playful learning and direct contact with nature. As with the Sailing Camp, it runs from Monday to Friday in the morning, during the same time slot and under the same conditions.
El Campus Nàutic és ideal per a infants que volen descobrir diferents esports de mar i gaudir d’una experiència divertida i educativa en grup, amb sortides a la natura i activitats en un entorn segur.
The Nautical Camp is ideal for children who want to explore different sea sports and enjoy a fun and educational group experience, with nature outings and activities in a safe environment.
