On Saturday 25th of May, at the Restaurant of the Club Nàutic we hosted the Tonyinada, a fifth gastronomic day highlighted by the good weather that accompanied it. The restaurant was filled with a very lively and sunny atmosphere, due to the lively barbecue of the assistants and the sound of the covers. This situation showed the success of the event and the good reception by the members and guests.

Tonyinada’s dishes
The menu was designed with tuna as the main ingredient. We offered a variety of dishes of the highest quality and with a careful presentation. These included tomato with pickled tuna as an ideal starter to open the palate for the following dishes; tuna ceviche with a marinated and citric touch; marinated tuna with soy, intense and balanced; tuna carpaccio with sesame, light and elegant; and the tuna patty. For dessert, the diners enjoyed a cake made of cheese that concluded the appetizer in an appropriate way.

A wealth of experiences
The Tonyinada at Club Nàutic Estartit was a success with a great participation and a well elaborated menu. The event met the expectations of the attendees, offering a satisfactory gastronomic experience in a pleasant and well organized environment.
